For over a decade, American Homeowners have been fighting the corruption that stems from the banks to legislators and down through the judiciary… and all the way up to the top of the political chain. Mortgages and Notes were faux pieces of paper created after American Homeowners filled out Fannie Mae 1003 applications where their personal information and properties were sold into securitization/rehypothecation slavery before they signed the fake mortgage deals.
With this corruption grew tons of charlatans riding the gravy train at the expense of naive, sleepy homeowners and business owners who trusted their banks and Continue reading

For all the talk about a divided America (mostly political that we shy away from on the DC blog), there is a HUGE group of people that can collectively agree we were screwed, smeared, and denied due process in courts that failed to follow the Rule of Law. This is the massive population of American Homeowners.
The majority of over 84 MILLION families were unwittingly lured into a corrupt Wall Street securities scheme that cost them their clear title properties and in some cases their lives or the lives of their loved ones. American Homeowners can easily collaborate and identify with each other because the same crimes were committed over and over on each of them. Talk about a united, cohesive bunch of people – we are the American Homeowners! Continue reading
HOUSINGWIRE says: Party platform blasts “corrupt business model” of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac
Okay, think about this – Fannie and Freddie were collaborators, if not the actual architects, and helped set up and patent this corrupt housing scheme. If you haven’t watched THE BIG SHORT yet, the time is NOW (it’s on Netflix). Then watch it again – there were good guys on Wall Street. Not everyone was involved in the corruption, albeit it few and far between. In fact, for many years America had a moral and more ethical financial community. But shortly after President Reagan began deregulating the industry and President Clinton signed off on the whip cream and cherry topping by deregulating Glass-Steagall – Wall Street went to hell in a hand-basket.
According to the Republican Party platform, which can be read in full here, one of the GOP’s goals for 2016 and beyond is to “advance responsible homeownership while guarding against the abuses that led to the housing collapse.” Continue reading

Have you ever felt that the judge in your case was not treating you or your attorney fairly, especially when the facts of bankster fraud were clear? Or when you have shown the judge a fabricated assignment of mortgage and an obviously fake endorsement on your so-called note? When you walk into the courtroom does your stomach sink and you imagine you hear a faint theme from the wicked witch of the west in the Wizard of Oz?
In a small Kentucky county, a homeowner just like you encountered the unthinkable – proof that his judge was prejudice and even worse – the judge was assisting the opposing counsel for the bank in a plot against him.
America – we have a crisis. A moral decay that stems from decades of deceit and the acceptance of lies, fraud, and morally bankrupt behavior. We’ve allowed politicians, bankers, attorneys and judges to disregard ethical values and operate under a morally bankrupt code of conduct. It is time to demand that the culture change and it has to start at the top.
Our children have no respect for authority and frankly, how can they when Presidents, politicians and bankers lie – all in the name of money. We’ve set the bar so low that by the time the next generation arrives they won’t be able to recognize the truth. Huffington Post’s Shahien Nasiripour reports the NY Fed Chief’s opinion is that the problems need to be address. Finally maybe, yeah? Continue reading
Every day attorneys and homeowners are asking – “What’s wrong with these judges?! They are ignoring the Rule of Law. It’s as if they are on the take…” Well, now you know… And who better but corporate America at brainwashing – they even patent it!
Corporations, pro-business nonprofits foot bill for judicial seminars – George Mason University top host of events
By Chris Young,
American University Fellow for The Center for Public Integrity
Conservative foundations, multinational oil companies and a prescription drug maker were the most frequent sponsors of more than 100 expense-paid educational seminars attended by federal judges over a 4 1/2-year period, according to a Center for Public Integrity investigation.
The economy is on the fiscal cliff because of the failed policy decisions not to prosecute the banks in addition to how the unscrupulous securitized mortgage business has been handled.
Blaming borrowers for the frauds committed by the banks has eaten away at the core of our society. “Normally, in history,” said Yves, “when lenders were that incompetent, they went bust and that was capitalism. And now instead, we have a system where lenders who are so grossly incompetent that they should have gone bankrupt – are propped up – that’s socialism for the rich.” Continue reading
