The Great Taking

The Great Taking concisely explains what every American Homeowner and students who were pushed loans knew about the fraudulent securitization scheme. Homeowners tried to tell the courts and state attorneys general that these loans were not mortgages – but actually securities, and that the UCC laws had been changed in the mid 1990s which allowed the thieves to prevail in the pilferage of properties while the thieves wiped out the pension systems worldwide. 200 Million of the Most United Group of Americans in the United States – Wrongful Foreclosure American Homeowners

By Sydney Sullivan

Judicial ActivismFor all the talk about a divided America (mostly political that we shy away from on the DC blog), there is a HUGE group of people that can collectively agree we were screwed, smeared, and denied due process in courts that failed to follow the Rule of Law. This is the massive population of American Homeowners.

The majority of over 84 MILLION families were unwittingly lured into a corrupt Wall Street securities scheme that cost them their clear title properties and in some cases their lives or the lives of their loved ones. American Homeowners can easily collaborate and identify with each other because the same crimes were committed over and over on each of them. Talk about a united, cohesive bunch of people – we are the American Homeowners! Continue reading

The Big Lie.

Can't cheat an honest manIf you are asking yourself ‘why are judges ruling against homeowners when they know the banks scammed them?’ Then you need to understand a judge’s most basic insight into the human condition is that it is impossible to con an honest man.* It is larceny lurking in the soul of its victim that is preyed upon. What does that mean?

The mortgage deals were too good to be true – but the homeowners believed it to be the truth… because they wanted it to be and it all boils down to making “easy”  M-O-N-E-Y. Continue reading

“Bankruptcy court corruption is not just a matter of bankruptcy trustees in collusion with corrupt bankruptcy judges.” — AG John Ashcroft

By Sydney Sullivan

gavel moneyEvery day I hear more stories about alleged corruption in the courts, not only when it comes to foreclosures, but also bankruptcy – especially when families are trying to protect their homes. It is more than obvious that the system is flawed.

Judges are not necessarily adept, specifically educated or predisposed to this new form of securitization…these quasi-securities called NTMs (nontraditional mortgages). Nor are they willing to risk their investment portfolios and mutual funds to protect the average citizens in America. Continue reading

lynn_szymoniak-620x412Ya think, maybe? MERS alleges to have registered 71 million mortgages. There were likely another 15-20 million “non-MERS” mortgages…

Lynn Szymoniak in Salon:
BY Prepare to be outraged. Newly obtained filings from this Florida woman’s lawsuit uncover horrifying scheme (Update)

If you know about foreclosure fraud, the mass fabrication of mortgage documents in state courts by banks attempting to foreclose on homeowners, you may have one nagging question: Why did banks have to resort to this illegal scheme? Was it just cheaper to Continue reading

Is it Legal to Record the Bank’s Phone Call or Conversation?

Lender and servicer modification abuse, dual tracking and deceptive business practices have caused undue emotional stress on homeowners. The Courts usually demand a precise record in order to establish a claim against the banks and their pals. Foreclosure is a dirty business and you need to have the right tools and knowledge to make your points.

RECORD A CALLYou’ll notice that the banks and servicers normally will not correspond to homeowners using email. The banks prefer homeowners fax their information and the banks use the telephone letting you know they are recording their calls.

It’s time to turn the tables. Take good notes and keep a complete file of all your conversations and correspondence with the banks and servicers – but you may also want and need to record the telephone conversations you have with the banks. Here are some tips from a private investigator on the legality of recording telephone conversations. Click here for the latest telephone recording devices.  Continue reading
