Four servicers, three trustees later, and they’ve used every dirty trick in the book from fabrication of documents (forging of our original application docs to robo sign to fraud on the court) We are currently at an appeals stage in our 11th year.

Specifically, I need to know if loan numbers are listed somewhere within the pool? I have been searching on Fannie Mae’s tool, Pooltalk and I think I found my loan. The issue date, maturity date, original balance, and terms all match but I want to confirm with the loan number, if possible? Thank you in advance.

( VOID CONTRACT DEAD CONTRACT ) but they having never signed, Sold to WAMU, who then allegedly sold it in days into a Trust, ( NO ASSIGNMENTS ) While WAMU was still active and taking my money, DBNTC assigned themselves to my DOT. then gave SUB TRUSTEE rights to their Law firm here in Oregon. I have Factual Proof that I was never properly sold into the trust…My Original LOAN # is not in the trust Per SEC Site. none of the 3 loan # are. they Sold the property back to themselves Feb. 2019. Not quite sure what direction to go with it . Im in Pennsylvania and the Court System is very dirty. If you saw my case you would be’ blown away .i actual got the Lawyers for Bank of New York Mellons to actual admin that they had no business foreclosing on me but the corrupt Judge ruled in there favor .
I would like to speak to someone about a foreclosure that happen with chase . According to a video that I saw today , that had been posted 8yrs ago . In the video it stated that the fdic merger stated that they nor bank of America never purchased the loan pool . Seeking info on what can be done if anything . I believe that I still have my original papers . Thank you in advance .
