Ok so the so called trust/Company that Wells Fargo said owned my loan was also liquidated and revoked from the SEC yet my case was dismissed twice and now Im in BK can I tell these fool to take a hike?
The last time New Century did this (the destruction of files) some of us filed objections etc. Judge Carey, if I recall correctly, had a hearing and I recall The bkr trustee’s attorney complaining about the cost of storing the records.
They are getting ready to shut down the bankruptcy. That being said, the NC Liquidating Trust still has income each month and had over $20 million plus available.
I’m wondering if some attorneys (Gary?) would like to object to their motion. Write letters to the judge or ??
So how do you request your file?
