ALOHA: this is typical of Hawai’i, where many people do not bother to vote, even though registered, and others leave the State. There is NO federal law which requires one to cancel their voter registration; ONLY that one may vote ONCE in one place! ; after 4 cycles of not voting, one is culled from the voter lists!
