IMHO – the trusts are empty, the money is gone, gone to fill pockets of the elite, wars, bribes and a mess of a global economy…

This sounds very familiar to me, except that I still received a 10 day notice to vacate my home of 32 years. It has been almost 1 year since being forced to leave my home. It was nearly 4.5 years AFTER the trust closed that my home was put in the trust. This was pointed out o the judge and I was dismissed….
What can I do about it now? Is there any recourse at this time? What is the statute of limitations on this? Any help, I would be grateful. Will the attorney in this case represent me? Thank you, in advance!
An attorney in WA state has filed to have judge Pechman over ruled due to case law being set in WA,, [your state] that conflicts with the ruling of a judge, you can file to have the judge in your case overruled. Need to contact an attorney in your state to ask. If you are in NY, I would try to contact the attorney whom filed this case. Good luck!
Thanks for your comment! However I am in California… Any suggestions? Attorney?
I take from your comment that the plaintiff (ie. the bank) has lost in Washington and that the case is determined by Washington law, maybe NOT in California. I just want to be clear…Thanks!
Do you know of statutes of limitation to re-file?
Thanks Shelly! I follow your threads and appreciate your contributions.
I just want to wish you well I just lost my home of 16 years ,I hope that you can find some help to keep your home
Sure hope more Glaski type of cases come forward. Hope this is the nearing end of the banks fraud on all of us. Certainly gives us a lot of hope.
