What Ive noticed is the opposite that states do not care about us as homeowners especially if you have been in your home for a bit. They know it is going to get scooped up,possibly rebuilt, reassessed, then youve got all those players, realtors, escrow, title, all the fees, transfer tax’s etc etc and as you can see it does not look good for anyone that has been in their home more than a couple years.Unless we get together and stop this crap, your talking about the entire housing finance industry, the entire real estate industry and all that covers, state regulators and all that covers so a few random complaints here and there aint going to cut it.Those are two well financed industries with very little insight into or concern for the sustainability of the country on the whole and I am far from an expert but Im watching it go down every day in southern Cal,they not only screwed us going in their raping us going out and no freakin one cares.
Gosh I almost forgot to mention the lawyers, the bar,and the entire justice system minus a few odd ball rebels here and there. As a matter O fact Im meant to go before a judge to fight my fraudulent garbage that Wells Fargo was calling a loan and the lovely lady Im meant to go before was accused along with the head of the LA bar and one other judge of running a in house real estate racket in 2009,yet they are still goin at it.Doesnt it sound like fun.
